Givenchy. I love this hair. It's a great transition for my clients who are growing out their fringe.

Spring Trend 2012 -Bright Pants

This may not be much of a surprise to some of you, (since we've been seeing this trend for a while now)...but Bright Pants are HUGE this spring. Anywhere from intense pastels, to extreme neon. Skinny jeans are very much still the trend in the stores and in the streets. However, on the runways....you'll see the pants leg start to open up and widen. Sometimes even to a wide flare leg.
Celebs are a huge fan of this trend. Pippa Middleton ignited a major frenzy when spotted in a pair of bright pink jeans. Sarah Jessica Parker has also been a fan of this trend for sometime now. I personally love this trend, because it's an easy way to add a pop of colour to my very black wardrobe.

Simons online shopping

I have some amazing shopping news....
Simons, one of my favourite Canadian retailers now has an online store! I love that I no longer have to wait to take a trip to Montreal or Quebec city to shop at Simons. How exciting!!!

I found the website very "shopper friendly"and easy to navigate around. They were having some great sales, so I was able to purchase a few things at reasonable prices. Here is what I ordered:

Throw blanket

My boyfriend hates my current throw, so he'll be very excited to see this new addition. It looks super soft!

Jute mat

I need a new mat for my kitchen, and simply love this design.

Over sized t-shirt

I love the boat neck and sailor stripes on this over sized long sleeve t-shirt. I also really like how the hem is slightly longer in the back.

My next purchase will definitely include these red skinny jeans. How cute are they?

What I really liked about the Simons website was the "quick view" feature when browsing the items. You don't have to leave your main page, which I love. I also like that you have the option of browsing all the items if you so desire, under "see all".

I have a pet peeve of having to keep going through page after page of merchandise.

The only "con" I could find with the site, is that (as far as I could tell), there's no option to browse under "size". Which I often like to do. And I didn't see any shoes on the site. I could see Simons having the best shoes, but oh well......can't have it all!
