Weddings and stuff....

I don't know if I have ever posted about weddings here at Stells and Co, so I thought I should!
Thanks to the ever amazing site Pinterest, we can all peruse online for hours searching for the perfect dress, ring, bouquet etc.

I'm not getting married any time soon, but I thought that I would share some amazing sites I've found along the way.....

The excitement I feel when looking through the vintage rings at Trumpet and Horn is beyond something I'd even care to admit. I LOVE this company. Check them out.

Catbird is another really cool website. I feel that in the very near future... I will be purchasing some non- wedding jewelery from them!

Jannie Baltzer has such beautiful wedding hair pieces. So pretty.

Kate Moss's Wedding

Wow...there was a lot of us waiting for a while now to see what Kate Moss's wedding dress would look like. And she certainly didn't disappoint! We knew it would be designed by John Galliano, (her long time friend). Who I believe was absent from the wedding...I could be wrong?
I pretty much pictured Kate to wear her hair like she did...very free and flowy. It suits her. Anyways, here are the pics for those who haven't seen them already.

Winter Weddings

Winter Weddings are becoming more and more popular. Some couples like the winter, other find it more affordable. Whatever the reason, "winter weddings" can be very beautiful! I'm still doing quite a bit of wedding hair at the salon these days. And let me tell you, these "winter brides" are looking beautiful!!!!

WEDDING HAIR

After having not one, not two, but THREE wedding parties in the salon on Saturday, I have been inspired to do my next post on Wedding Hair. The style that all the ladies requested, was either a low bun, (clean like in the first picture) or a textured variation of it.

Wedding Make-up

On Monday, I attended a bridal make-up course that featured current trend in wedding make-up. I loved the instructors approach to flawless skin and great brows. I have taken many make-up courses in the past, but it had been a while since I've done a full application. It felt good to be back transforming the face with make-up. The class inspired me to do a post featuring wedding make-up. Bridal season has started...and I;m sure that a lot of you (like me) know people that are getting married this year and could use a little inspiration.

Celtic knot hair

I love these pics, because they remind me of a celtic knot. Great for wedding hair and going out on the town. I always mess it up a bit when going out. It looks a litttle more "editorial".
